Introducing the MexiSushi™:

MexiSushi™ is a vegetarian burrito formed into a sushi roll. Follow my pattern or mix it up that way you want. It's easy to do and great tasting. Here are the things I used:

Spinach Wraps:Mission Garden Spinach WrapsCut into RectanglesCut the WrapsRefried Beans:
Cook the BeansBrown Rice with "spanish" flavoring:Cook the Spanish RiceGreen Onion:Green OnionCut the white parts:Cut Green OnionAnd the green:Cut Green Onion StalksJalapeno and green pepper (I would have gone with red or orange for color's sake):
Jalapeno and green pepper tooLet's cut 'em up:Cut Green PepperSliced Green PepperThe GreensHere comes the putting together part. I forgot to get a shot of the cilantro, but it's in there. Also I'm piping Schwan's guacamole onto it.
Just follow these steps:

It was really good to eat. Especially dipped in the salsa and the guacamole on the side.
